How does Surge Reviews work?
Surge Reviews automatically sends review requests to your clients after home inspections are completed. Clients can then leave reviews on Google, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, Angi, or provide direct feedback to your business.
What integrations do you support?
We currently integrate with ISN (Inspection Support Network) and are working on additional home inspection software integrations. Contact us if you need integration with a specific platform.
Can I customize the review request emails?
Yes! Team and Enterprise plans include custom branding and email templates. Solo plans use our professional default templates.
How do I get started?
Sign up for a free trial, connect your inspection software, and we'll help you set up your first review request. The process typically takes less than 30 minutes.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your data will be available for 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer phone support?
Phone support is available for Enterprise customers. For Solo and Team plans, email support provides the fastest response time and allows us to provide detailed, written solutions to your questions.
